Full Body Movement

Classes are rooted in yoga with applied functional movement varying in length, intensity, and focus. The music is a vibe and every practice begins and ends with a meditative reset.

You’ll need:

  • yoga mat

  • strap or long towel

  • one or two blocks

  • water

  • one or two tennis balls


Free Form: Explorative Movement

Exploration of movement patterns, planes of motion, and space to play

You’ll need:

  • a mat

  • plenty of room

Outdoor Audio


Guided sessions to take with you on your walks, runs, rides, and hikes


Recovery

Restorative sessions comprised of foam rolling, myofascial release, restorative yoga, gentle stretching

You’ll need:

  • two tennis balls or body rolling balls

  • foam roller

  • bolster or pillow


Meditation

Guided mindfulness practices for focus, breathing, and stress management

You’ll need:

  • quiet space

  • comfortable place to sit or lay down
