Invigorate your senses, experience dimension in your movement, feel at home in your body
Although this is a virtual space, my intention is to bring forth a practice reverent of yoga but applied to the modern human in function, energy, and teaching. The classes, other online members, and myself are very much alive and energetic entities that we can always recognize as such if we just slow down enough to connect and listen.
My hope is that you use the classes & sessions that speak to you on the day you roll your mat out. What is it your body actually is ready and open to doing on this day? What kind of movement or stillness serves your deepest self?
Everything I’ve learned and keep learning is that the body is the best teacher and using it as a guide is not only wise, it’s necessary for long term health. Generate gratitude for your physical body’s limitations and capabilities. I’m here to support you in that!
